Extremely efficient and lean company. All departments, excluding sales are excellent. Great product and Founder.
Cons
Highly critical, micromanaging, and toxic leadership. Ironic considering the product being sold is to improve workplace culture. Very telling when ENTIRE sales team of intelligent high-achieving women resign.
