Pros
This is probably the most mission-driven and value led companies that exists to date. I've never been surrounded by a group of people so committed to both personal and professional development. A group of people not only passionate about achieving excellence as a company but a true, genuine, interest in helping get those around them there before even themselves. I have received more meaningful recognition and gratitude in 6 months than I had in six years at my last company, and I was in a department who taught leaders how to provide recognition. The leadership team, while working at an extremely high level behind the scenes, shows up at the front line with you as your teammate and companion in your journey to success. They really mean it when they say they are customer obsessed and that means both externally, to our clients, as well as internally to their own people. This company takes commitment to succeed and achieve real outcomes, for the right reasons to a new level. I leave work feeling energized and inspired every single day. I feel honored to work here and know that I'd be hard pressed to find a community and a culture like this again in my career.
Cons
My only con is that every single clinician and healthcare worker doesn't yet know about the coach in their pocket who would have a truly transformative impact on their lives and the care for their patients.
