Not really bad or good. A lot of changes and it makes it hard to keep up.

Good people (coworkers) & consistent hours

Low pay, likely won’t give the $1.00 hire-in pay promised, mess up your pay & not handle situation professionally. Move people into positions that offer more pay but don’t adjust that persons pay appropriately. No career advancement. Very dirty.
