Pros
You will work with great people. There is a simple equation to the job... The harder you work the more money you will make. I worked with Premier for 3 years and was promoted every year and doubled my money every year that I was there. I worked out of the Colorado Springs branch and it was a great place to work. If you get the opportunity to work there I would say do not hesitate, It will change your life. For me it was not only about the money but more about the experience that I received working for Premier. I am leaving this job with so many skills that many of my friends in other industries do not have and I am well above where they are in the work force. The only reason I am leaving this job is because I am from the south and it is time for me to go back home.
Cons
If you do decide to Leave Premier there is not a good exit strategy. You will be leaving money on the table. When I told Premier that I was leaving they put my commissions on hold and I realized really quick that I probably will not see another dollar from Premier. I felt betrayed by the company because they did not tell me that this would happen. I found out because my checks just stopped coming without warning. Every situation is different and this might not happen to you.
