I have been consulting for over 25 years. I have never worked for a consulting firm that is so Thank-less and shows no appreciation for the service that is provided to their clients. Other consulting firms that I have worked for would contact you periodically to see how you are doing, if you need anything, and request an evaluation from your Manager. I had to force a meeting with the person responsible for consultant relations when I first started. Otherwise, there was no F2F contact with anyone in the organization and no desire for F2F contact. I guess I was spoiled by other consulting firms that cared about their consultants.
