Principle Payments has an incredible employee retention rate, so it’s apparent that your personal experience has not been shared by others. That means when someone comes to work for us, they stay with us. If our office was as “ugly” as you say, that certainly wouldn’t be the case. While I am in no way discounting your feelings, I think that you may have brought previous negative experiences from prior employers that skewed you perception a bit. I realize nobody likes to lose their job, but when you bring a negative attitude into a new job it generally won’t be well received. When you start something new, be willing to let the past be in the past and start with a fresh and positive outlook. Which, unfortunately, wasn’t the case for you. We have an incredible group of employees that have all contributed to a positive environment with a wonderful culture. We work hard to provide a workplace that inspires our employee’s to grow professionally and personally. In fact, over the past 30 days we have promoted 5 employees to more senior level positions.
