We are sorry to hear about your negative impression of the company after being with us for only 2 weeks before leaving. I can assure you that we pride ourselves on doing business with principles and ethics so it’s disappointing to see your conclusions. Had you actually signed a few merchants up and been able to compare the proposals to the statements of merchants YOU actually signed up, we feel confident your conclusions would have been very different. We have over 200 sales agents in Canada and have never received this type of feedback before. We’d love to have a conversation with you so that we can really understand your point of view. In the meantime, we find it unfortunate that this position did not work out for you but we wish you future success.

Principle Payments has an incredible employee retention rate, so it’s apparent that your personal experience has not been shared by others. That means when someone comes to work for us, they stay with us. If our office was as “ugly” as you say, that certainly wouldn’t be the case. While I am in no way discounting your feelings, I think that you may have brought previous negative experiences from prior employers that skewed you perception a bit. I realize nobody likes to lose their job, but when you bring a negative attitude into a new job it generally won’t be well received. When you start something new, be willing to let the past be in the past and start with a fresh and positive outlook. Which, unfortunately, wasn’t the case for you. We have an incredible group of employees that have all contributed to a positive environment with a wonderful culture. We work hard to provide a workplace that inspires our employee’s to grow professionally and personally. In fact, over the past 30 days we have promoted 5 employees to more senior level positions. If you’re looking for a company where hard work and a great attitude will provide you with an opportunity for growth, then Principle Payments is the company for you.
