Pros

Head Office does a great job providing appointments. I was active for a week and received between 2-4 appointments per day. Not all appointments were happy that I was there however. Good to make some quick cash, but wait till your merchant receives their first statement...then you will need to run....Not good for a person who has a conscience and is actually trying to help the merchants.

Cons

The analysis that comes from Head Office to you...a brand new sales rep, does NOT include all applicable charges. BE CAREFUL! Customer Service is outsourced, and you need to take care of your own merchants. Some merchants did not actually want an appointment and felt forced...this is normal in the telemarketing world. But if you are working in your community this is no way to grow your business. Company could not provide references....RED FLAG, RED FLAG!! Pricing is not transparent. RUN FAR AWAY....Your reputation will be ruined!

We are sorry to hear about your negative impression of the company after being with us for only 2 weeks before leaving. I can assure you that we pride ourselves on doing business with principles and ethics so it’s disappointing to see your conclusions. Had you actually signed a few merchants up and been able to compare the proposals to the statements of merchants YOU actually signed up, we feel confident your conclusions would have been very different. We have over 200 sales agents in Canada and have never received this type of feedback before. We’d love to have a conversation with you so that we can really understand your point of view. In the meantime, we find it unfortunate that this position did not work out for you but we wish you future success.

Pros

I have been with the company 10+ years, I love what I do and who I work with! the call center is a fun, fast pace positive work environment and I am proud to have been a part of our growth over the years!

Cons

They should have profit sharing after so many years of hard work I put into the company. Especially since we are the first impression and the most important part of our continuous growth.
