Pros
The management team/structure, there's always great support, integrity and good values show in this company overall, there's appreciation, a great onboarding process, great diverse team, work and life balance with fun events, with teamdinners + lunches and flexibility in times where you need it! Can't recommend this workplace enough and what it's done for me over the last years.
Cons
When there are busy periods, it can get quite busy, so you have to be able to handle pressure and a fast paced business, but you ll always get compensated and valued for any overtime/extra effort you've put in and also flexibility whenever you need it in return.
