Pros

From day 1, I felt part of Prinova's team. Very professional and very customer focused, the processes are well set up between the dpts which give a pleasant work environment good and a good work/life balance. Moreover, senior management are really opened to share skills and values which give you the opportunity to grow in your professional life.

Cons

No real cons to advise. Maybe a new office, the company is growing which is a very good thing.

Prinova is a growing company expanding into various areas of the market. The company has some great people who are very dedicated who have been here for a long time and is adding some great new hires with industry experience to its team. It is moving in the right direction and bringing solid team players along with it. They have a good onboarding plan and give you the direction and training needed for your position.

Cons

Growth and change is not easy for everyone. Some people have a hard time seeing the vision of the company, and have posted reviews that will not be the experience for most people.

Prinova has got a friendly, positive and a diverse atmosphere where you can feel as part of a team and work alongside some great and dedicated people. Regular social, teambuilding, wellbeing and charity events Training and development opportunities Great benefits - on top of standard benefits such as pension and private healthcare the company offers massages, yoga classes, free fruits and many other perks.
