Pros

Privy give the medium level of salary to the employee based on their experience, good medical benefit, and also there are many sport clubs.

Cons

Some stakeholder or people who have power do a micromanage. Sometimes they directly give an order to officer/engineer to do some task and the deadline is not make sense like "hey bro.. can you fix this small issue, I need it to be fixed tonight or tomorrow should be OK in the prod environment". If trough PM, they push additional feature to be released in the end of sprint. I was sure they understand about scrum but do not care. Some teams need to do overtime to reach godfather expectation. This words appear once when my friend defending the engineer, "You are not pay her/him, but the company!".

Free coffee made by barista everyday Good salary (compared to other company in Jogja)

Cons

Doesn’t really have office hour, you can stand by anytime or go home until dawn Micromanaging leadership Too many unused initiatives which wasting company moneys and employee’s well being
