      Too many wrong men in the wrong place

      Pros

      The only good thing work in here is Free coffee since they have their own cafe

      Cons

      - Their slogan "WorkLifeBalance" is a myth - Too many wrong men in the wrong place - The overtime schedule is far from acceptable terms - The overtime is paid with "another" day off, but we keep working during the "another day off" - Supervisors with minimum knowledge, and doesn't understand what they do are often found. - Their work pattern is the biggest mistake (Release first, we can fix it later)

      Pros

      Privy give the medium level of salary to the employee based on their experience, good medical benefit, and also there are many sport clubs.

      Cons

      Some stakeholder or people who have power do a micromanage. Sometimes they directly give an order to officer/engineer to do some task and the deadline is not make sense like "hey bro.. can you fix this small issue, I need it to be fixed tonight or tomorrow should be OK in the prod environment". If trough PM, they push additional feature to be released in the end of sprint. I was sure they understand about scrum but do not care. Some teams need to do overtime to reach godfather expectation. This words appear once when my friend defending the engineer, "You are not pay her/him, but the company!".

      Pros

      + Work From Home + Many quizzes and events have decent rewards + Free coffee + If you want easy career progression, it's the perfect place for you. You can come as intern and become leader in just under 2 years (as long you close with the upper management people) :p

      Cons

      - Chaotic Development life cycle . There is no proper process or SOP on the engineering team. - Office politics and seniority especially on the engineering team are unbelievable. The leader casually brought down his subordinates and treated them as replaceable. - Says goodbye to work and life balance. Sometimes they set up a meeting at 10 PM like it's nothing. Force you to stay working until 3 AM and disappear during the regular working hour.
