Pros

Pro Teck has some of the hardest working teams I've had the pleasure of working with. The company, every department, has a commitment to our clients and a focus on success. We have levels of expertise in operations, technology, business planning, sales, client management, leadership, finance, and HR that most competitors can't come close to replicating. We have a lot to get done, we've got teams working very hard, working late into the night, working weekends. We have great and demanding clients. These not a cons. To me, that's the reward and a real positive. We are busy because we've had success. We have success, because we have focused on improvement across our products, processes and systems, and most important, because we have the people to deliver. The commitment, the excitement about success, push for happy clients, and new ways to get the job done are what make me proud. We are working from home; we've had that culture for more than a decade. We are flexible where we need to be. We expect a lot of our people and they deliver.

Cons

The hours can be long at times. It can be stressful.

Pros

They have a clear and well-defined company culture based on good values and the company operates with a strong moral compass. We are given a great level of autonomy, we work independently but support from management is there if you need it.

Cons

I don’t have any complaints about working here.

Pros

Good company to work for, completely remote. Good benefits.

Cons

It is a sink or swim environment. There is no coaching. Management is poorly informed.
