I really loved working for Pronexis! Everyone including management was great! Wonderful Christmas parties and they give you raises as you take on more clients. There are options to work from home.

All call center work is difficult

Work is remote, but even from home the job has been brutally stressful and exhausting every single day.

- Pay is insultingly low for the extremely high expectations. - Management constantly interferes and micromanagement everything. - Benefits are poor. - Room for advancement is almost nonexistent. - Communication is weak and unreliable. - Support is practically nonexistent. - While it is not the absolute worst company, it is still a place I would never recommend to anyone.
