- In my experience, the management was overly hands-on to the point of micromanagement. - Pay felt low for the workload and industry standards. - The QA process often came across as overly controlling or unnecessarily strict, they had a lot of rules that were undocumented. - Management often seemed unresponsive, dismissive, or disengaged when concerns were raised. - Systems frequently felt inefficient or prone to errors. - The workplace social environment sometimes felt clique-driven and there was a lot of conflict.

The better you do the more brands they pile on you. I got to 19 at one point.

Pros

Work is remote, but even from home the job has been brutally stressful and exhausting every single day.

Cons

- Pay is insultingly low for the extremely high expectations. - Management constantly interferes and micromanagement everything. - Benefits are poor. - Room for advancement is almost nonexistent. - Communication is weak and unreliable. - Support is practically nonexistent. - While it is not the absolute worst company, it is still a place I would never recommend to anyone.
