Dear Ex-Employee,
It is highly unfortunate that you feel this way as it is our constant endeavor to make your tenure at ProVal, full of learning & growth.
We would like to mention some facts on the cons mentioned by you:
1) We ensure that the Goals & Objectives and KRAs are clearly defined and communicated to everyone. These Goals/KRAs are the subset of the organization’s goals. While everybody has a pre-defined role, even then, operations of any organization come with many ad hoc transactions that need to be dealt with every day, which cannot be avoided or ignored.
2) We would appreciate if you could contact us in person and specify how you felt that HR policies are not standard, so that we can improve on the same.
3) There are immense learning & growth opportunities at ProVal. Having said that, your personal aspirations may or may not match the opportunities available or given.
