Where do I even start...
- It doesn't feel like a team.
- Management/Administration aren't open to constructive criticism.
- The company expects to make top dollar with outdated technology from 10 to 15 years ago, when asking for updated tools, you're frowned upon and shut down immediately.
- Absolutely no vision for the future on expanding the company, it's currently shrinking.
- An extreme amount of employee turnovers, all new employees seem to be laid off 1 week prior to completing a full year. Easily 50-60 from mid 2017 alone.
- You will be shown the door if you attempt to even talk about a salary increase.
- They will find every excuse possible not to give anybody their bonus.
- Management like to trash talk former employees behind their backs.
