Pros
ProD is a stable company, and they seem to make the right decisions to keep the company on track. They do things every once in awhile for the employees, which is nice. They also gave us paid time off for Harvey whether we came into work or not, which was really nice.
Cons
It can be difficult to move up, and the general feel I get is that ProD is on the lower side of the average pay scale. Most people leave the company for a more competitive offer, but I know people that have regretted doing this.
