Pros

I genuinely wish I had anything nice to say about this company. The only thing that has kept me going for as long as I have is the fact that I don’t hate my coworkers.

Cons

I have worked at this company for more than 5 years and I have never been more frustrated than I am right now. Beyond the fact that I was recently pulled aside by HR and told I am not allowed to have a Palestinian flag as my status on slack (despite being Palestinian and also there are other employees who have other nationalities). This happened years ago when I decided to set a trans flag as my status for pride month and then recently they opened a pride employee club thing. So clearly they can change but this is absolutely stupid. Beyond that the new system they have rolled out has not worked from day one and there is so much finger pointing on where the issues are and it is all falling on the shoulders of those at the bottom. I have so many inconsequential meetings that I am being forced to do even though they directly impact my ability to do more work and with a system that does not work it is not surprising that our turn over is so high. Not only will I never be recommending our services to family for friends I will actively be telling them to look elsewhere for both employment and leasing options. Because a company who burns through employees the way we do is not worth their time or money

Pros

The leadership team sets a clear vision and communicates it with transparency and confidence. They don’t just manage—they inspire, creating an environment where people feel trusted and empowered. Innovation is encouraged at every level. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and often implemented, which makes the workplace feel dynamic and future‑focused. There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. Leaders actively encourage employees to stretch beyond their comfort zones, offering guidance and support along the way. Collaboration is valued, and cross‑functional teams are given the space to experiment and succeed together.

Cons

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
