A dying organization bent on taking its employees with it - Analyst Prometric Employee Review

Departments are perpetually understaffed, managers are told to make do with resources that burn out and are never replaced. Attrition hovers around 30-50% and is considered a fixed reality. Managers are pushed by leadership to just squeeze as much work as possible out of employees before they burn out and quit. HR is terrible, there is no support for employees. Complaints against abusive managers and leaders are rejected outright, never followed up on and employees are just told to call an online therapy services if they feel uncomfortable, anxious or suicidal. Leadership are playing a game of musical chairs, every few months Managers, Directors and VPs swap portfolios. They're all out of touch with the reality of the business and continue forcing ill-conceived projects with no thought or plan behind them on barely functional teams, all to justify their pay cheque and seem like they're doing something. No staffing, no resourcing, no training, no clear goals, they just think of something and force it one their teams until they move on to the next one. The company is owned by a private equity firm and the focus seems to be on squeezing every penny out of every corner of the business. There are no winners here, the company has almost no goodwill left and is hemorrhaging business to Pearson, testing companies are abandoning the platform, testing sites are leaving the network, test candidates are upset with the testing experience. The whole business is dying and its killing its employees with it.
