4yThank you for the 4 Star review and the wonderful comments about our students. Our students are the reason we are here and it sounds like you feel the same. Every year when we conduct our employee satisfaction survey employees tell us they are proud of the work we do to support and assist our students to better their lives with education. Over 98% of employees told us they know how their efforts directly contribute to the students success. We know our work matters!
Also thank you for the comments about our wages and benefits. We try every year to ensure we are competitive in every way doing market research and ensuring our benefits have what employees need.
I am sorry to hear about the experience with your manager who is not supportive. This is the last thing we want to happen so I would encourage anyone in this situation to feel free to contact the managers supervisor or department head. HR is also another way to get assistance with questions.
