Thank you for the 4 Star review and the wonderful comments about our students. Our students are the reason we are here and it sounds like you feel the same. Every year when we conduct our employee satisfaction survey employees tell us they are proud of the work we do to support and assist our students to better their lives with education. Over 98% of employees told us they know how their efforts directly contribute to the students success. We know our work matters! Also thank you for the comments about our wages and benefits. We try every year to ensure we are competitive in every way doing market research and ensuring our benefits have what employees need. I am sorry to hear about the experience with your manager who is not supportive. This is the last thing we want to happen so I would encourage anyone in this situation to feel free to contact the managers supervisor or department head. HR is also another way to get assistance with questions. Again, thank you for the review and we wish you the best moving forward. Posted on behalf of Joshua Swayne, CEO.

Pros

Salary is excellent compared to other nursing programs in the state.

Cons

Can't put into your retirement until you've been employed for a full year. No work-life balance, very little academic freedom. No privacy; classrooms, offices and faculty lounges/break rooms are monitored at all times with video and audio.

Thank you for your 2 Star review and your positive comments about our excellent wages! We try hard to ensure they are competitive. Our wait time to enroll on our 401k is one year and yet our other benefits are first of the month following 60 days of FT employment. We are sorry to hear you felt like you did not have option on a good work-life balance. This can be tricky making sure to separate our lives when both are demanding. Academic freedom can also be tricky since the standardization of curriculum is so important when dealing with accreditation regulations. We do encourage instructors to personalize there approach of curriculum in the classroom with personal work specific examples but we also want to ensure we stay with the syllabus outline unless you get approval to have it changed. Video and audio at our campuses prove to be very valuable like having them for instructor classroom observations and reviewing issues in the classroom to coach on. They also provide valuable security for our locations in ensuring a safe environment. We thank you for the review and wish you the best going forward. Posted on behalf of Joshua Swayne, CEO.
