Pros

Pay was really great and due to them being purchased by Reynolds & Reynolds they had very good benefits.

Cons

Supervisors are not transparent as people and they are slowly being absorbed by Reynolds. There is no LGBT support at all and i felt very out of place more than i feel i should've been. Often feel like your on an island. Brad Holton isn't the CEO but on paper.

Pros

Very positive culture. Fair compensation for work completed. Very flexible with scheduling/PTO

Cons

Company does not follow employee review structure. Most raise/performance discussions must come from the employee with vigorous reminders.

Pros

- Awesome bosses - Excellent benefits - Work form home most of the time. - Very laid back environment - Cares about customers & employees! - Great values!

Cons

- Company is relatively small...but growing QUICKLY! May not be much room for growth considering they focus primarily on auto dealerships who generally do not have much of a technical infrastructure. - Not much structure yet, small company so they haven't really implemented policies or procedures for the flow of the helpdesk/incoming requests. - Sometimes required to work outside of normal business hours, no dedicated oncall rotation, makes work/life balance difficult at times (I imagine this will change soon due to the growth the company is experiencing).
