Proximo is a small business owned by two partners. They are very easy to work with/for and involve their employees in important business and/or project decisions. This company is also 100% telecommute so you can work from home, anywhere in the US (or internationally).

Since they are a small business, processes are sometimes unclear and some employees have many cross-functional responsibilities. This can also be considered a 'pro' though because there is so much to learn in this type of environment.
