      Pros

      Management is lacking its leadership quality. They are not visionary, instead of motivating employees, they pull the employees who are working good. Need good results in a shorter frame, without putting their own efforts. So much political/ employee issues. They are a big liars and enemy to themselves. Very confused Directors.

      Cons

      They don't have any market reputation. No clients to work. Worse people politics, No growth opportunities.

      Work environment is friendly. Timings and compensations are good. Employee's needs are taken care of and heard by the company.

      There is really not much negative in the job

      Thank you for this complimentary review. Unfortunately, we do not believe this is our company as we have never employed anyone in India. You likely mean another "Proximo". Unfortunately, we are not the only one. There are *two* in Jersey City (we do technology, the other spirits) and there are "Proximos" in the UK and Sri Lanka, as well as others we don't know of.
