Cons
đ Please Think Twice Before Joining Publicis Sapient đ Iâm sharing this from my own painful experience. Publicis Sapient completely broke my trust and confidence. I was forced to resign, and during that tough time, no one helped me â not HR, not managers, not even the people I worked closely with. I felt completely helpless and alone. 1. Please donât join this company. There is 0% job security and very few projects. Youâll be kept on the bench for weeks, with no clarity about your future. 2. If you donât get a project within 20 to 30 days, theyâll start pressuring you to resign. Theyâll say itâs better if you resign by yourself â because that way, the company stays safe, but your career is destroyed. Youâll be under tremendous mental pressure, getting calls and reminders daily until you give up. Itâs heartbreaking when your hard work means nothing. 3. If you refuse to resign, theyâll threaten to terminate you, saying that it will ruin your job prospects and you wonât get another job easily. The pressure, the fear, and the emotional pain are unbearable. 4. Whatâs worse is that they ask employees to post good reviews online â sometimes even threatening or pressuring them to do so in exchange for bonuses or good performance ratings. Thatâs why many positive reviews are fake. Please donât trust everything you read online. I never imagined that a company could treat its employees this way â playing with emotions, careers, and mental health just to protect its image. đ Please, be very careful before joining Publicis Sapient. Once you fall into this trap, youâll lose peace of mind, self-confidence, and motivation. đ They protect their reputation, but they destroy your career. đ
