Pros
The pay was pretty good depending on your position. For the most part it is comparable with industry standards. Warehouse department is fast past work and allows you to work with your hands which makes for very enjoyable days. Support department while busy, always offers new challenges and teammates are eager to help. Sales department workflow is similar to support and really enjoyable if you enjoy using your knowledge of parts and systems and software to help others. Many opportunities for learning new things and managers and coworkers always lets you take on more responsibility if you want it. Lots of freedom to find interesting ways to contribute. Breakroom has a full kitchen with a stove, large fridge and many cooking materials. Company often does potlucks or get together which is really nice. Very clean and private bathrooms and the entire building is clean. Almost every employee is very friendly. The company cares about the quality of the computers and the whole experience so it is really easy to get behind the company mission and to be 100% in alignment with values. Managers are very understanding if you choose to leave the company and work out a schedule with you. Opportunities to go on paid trips to events and to learn new things. Unlimited and free coffee and soda all the time. Often lunch will be bought for you, very cool. Health insurance was good. Jon and his family are all so nice! Warehouse Manager is very good about catching issues in QC and letting you know about it. Most co-workers are very friendly. Training is very encouraged and they may pay for it as well.
Cons
Management sometimes requires you to do non job duty projects that sometimes cannot be done during work hours so it requires working on at home or making you feel like you cant spend time on what you should be. More responsibilities can be added to you with no added pay or discussion. Can be a very stressful workplace on busy days because people feel overworked. Traffic can be a bit of a pain around Auburn. Managers do not always communicate positive and negative feedback to you unless it is a boiled up frustration that has existed for a bit. Very little parking spaces available unless you arrive in the early morning. Different departments are sometimes too busy to effectively communicate so mistakes happen.
