Pros
Puget is a highly ethical, spontaneous, and open company. They love their product (custom built computers), like their customers, and are committed to being the best small business they can.
The owner (Jon Bach) is very open and very willing to listen. Very open lines of communication.
The company is spontaneous, there is little in the way of set guidelines or processes. You'll have plenty of freedom to do your job, and new ideas are encouraged. Working schedules are also extremely flexible, and the dress code is casual.
The owning family are Christians. They're not aggressive religiously, but they do run a clean ship - no foul language, no rough jokes, and I saw very few instances of unethical behavior.
If you like playing with high end PC hardware and like small businesses, Puget is a good one.
Cons
Puget is a very tight family-run business. If you're not related to the Bachs, don't expect to be able to influence the direction of the company and don't expect to be promoted to management. Jon Bach (the owner) is a fantastic person and I have confidence in him as the leader of the business - but his family will always come first, and will always overrule you, regardless of individual merit.
