Good mission. The product genuinely helps people and gym owners.

I’ve been here for two years, and it’s disappointing to see the company decline. There’s a core group of long-tenured folks who seem to be held to a lower standard, and the company’s recent struggles have made this even more noticeable. Compensation was never great, but that used to be offset by good work-life balance. Unfortunately, that balance has worsened for newer employees, while the older group appears less affected — likely because they enjoy greater job security. Hard times are ahead for the company, and the newer you are, the worse it's going to be. Look elsewhere unless you want to work 50-60 hours/week for below market pay / job security.
