Pros

Good mission. The product genuinely helps people and gym owners.

Cons

I’ve been here for two years, and it’s disappointing to see the company decline. There’s a core group of long-tenured folks who seem to be held to a lower standard, and the company’s recent struggles have made this even more noticeable. Compensation was never great, but that used to be offset by good work-life balance. Unfortunately, that balance has worsened for newer employees, while the older group appears less affected — likely because they enjoy greater job security. Hard times are ahead for the company, and the newer you are, the worse it's going to be. Look elsewhere unless you want to work 50-60 hours/week for below market pay / job security. Company in free fall

Pros

Smart coworkers. Good product. Remote.

Cons

There are signs that the company is beginning to crack. I've seen several coworkers disappear recently with no explanation from leadership. Two of the three had been at PushPress just around 3-4 months and had been ramping up fine. Makes me think something bigger is going on. Expectations / WLB has been much more demanding over the past year as we navigate a harsher environment.

Previously a genuine, growing company. Increasingly toxic and opaque.

Pros

Remote work, good pay and benefits, company computer provided, monthly wellness stipend, monthly internet reimbursement

Cons

Culture has been poisoned and it increasingly shows. Beloved, award winning employees have chosen to leave. Talented, long-term employees have suddenly been let go with no explanation. Communication from leadership is sparse and increasingly disconnected from reality. New leadership is installing an unrecognizable culture and employees are unhappy and scared. Unlimited PTO was just removed and replaced with 15 days.
