Pymetrics truly has a unique group of self-motivated, passionate, highly capable people and the culture is a very inclusive. There's a lot of opportunity to learn and get experience in different things.
Cons
It's very much a start-up and you have to embrace the chaos of that - not everything happens in a structured, organised manner and it can feel unpredictable at times.
