      Very flexible working culture. And overall culture is great. IT and technology is prioritised. Diversity and inclusion is embraced.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are below market. Large company and so it is highly bureaucratic. Certain senior leaders of the business have appalling behavior and people management skills.
