Dedicated teammates/refreshed leadership team that are committed to solving important challenges like data processing at scale, while not taking themselves too seriously. A lot of folks who have been here 10+ years! Exciting product that delivers consistent value with a very short time to initial value. Great customer logos and well defined market and a product that solves a real problem. Leadership will respect work/life balance (folks with multiple kids, pets, commitments). Fully remote in North America. I feel lucky to work here.
Cons
The space we operating it (real time data and analytics for competitive intelligence) is as a dynamic as the data sets we process and our customers needs - it lends itself to a pretty fast pace and requires the ability to regularly reprioritize. The challenges to solve are super interesting so have to make sure you prioritize your own work/life balance. Making small strides in gender equity in leadership but room for improvement there in future for sure.
