I think this company pays fairly for the work required. It has a fairly flexible working environment and the people are generally good to work with. The company really does put effort into working out what it needs to do to remain competitive in the hiring market.

The organization is currently trying to manage this by pivoting into other markets but there are mixed views amongst employees as to whether it will successfully do this. - Some are promoted to management positions without the skills needed to manage people and projects effectively.
