Pros

Flexible work schedule. Decent 401k plan.

Cons

Where do I start? Service managers act like Lords protecting their fiefdoms. Most were grandfathered in after Quadient's massive purchase of dealerships. Zero chance for advancement unless you're related to a manager.

KPI's are a critical tool we use to measure performance of our teams. Specifically, we use them to identify areas in which we can improve. It ensures we maintain our World Class customer service goals. Regarding the Field Service Career Path: we've just completed an exercise that considers the whole career trajectory of a Field Services Technician, outlining the process for promotion and skill sets required for promotion. Cons

Really big company so there are a lot of hoops to jump through if you want to get anything accomplished.

Pros

Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

Cons

The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
