Quarterly bonus , young work force and free pub for Friday nights. It is good to be part of a successful organization that is growing rapidly. The hiring bar is quite high so the workforce tend to be quite intelligent. The amount you need to learn at the start of the job can seem quite daunting at first but once you ramp it gets a lot easier.
Cons
Management has lost interest in its employees of late and do not take feedback very well. The work put into this job is not really rewarded by praise , incentives ( excluding cash ) or career progression.

Over the past few months we have been addressing these concerns through a number of initiatives - an increased cadence of regular Manager 1:1's; amplified understanding of the intent of the Product Specialist (Quni) team through EMEA; developing career paths and coaching for successful transitions into new roles.

Fantastic people work there and it's a good place to start your career.
The workplace perks are decent, there are snacks and lunches provided at the office.
There are also good accommodations for mental health, religious observances, and nursing mothers.
Cons
The company pivoted to "business need" as a reason for promo. Promotions are now seemingly few and far between despite higher level individuals leaving.
Recent restructuring has left those still working at the company with less time to do actual client work and more time being spent documenting the work done.
ELT doesn't seem to actually listen and instead performs listening theatre.
