1yThank you for taking the time to leave a review - it's really appreciated! I really appreciate how you highlighted there being "a place" within the Qualtrics team for some many people. I think that's a standout feature of my own experience - finding a place to do good work & enjoy the people I work around.
The call-out around the start-up culture is fair. Process improvement remains a focus for us as an organization. We still push to be nimble, to meet the market where its at and push it forward, and to be innovative in how we work. But we have the experience in our leadership to know where pushing boundaries needs to happen with a strong foundation, which is why so much focus remains on improving processes for the business.
