Pros
time off, coworkers at my level are great, benefits except for dental and parking is easy now everyone has left.
Cons
This company still HAS NOT learned how to treat their employees. This new LOM crap is trying to squeeze out every last drop we have to offer and burning us all out with laughable "raises" every year. I feel like they drive people they dont like, even though they are some of the people they have, and handing them on a silver platter to our competition. Bioreference Labs and Labcorp are both filled with ex quest employees, who are now much happier and less stressed out. All the managers in my business unit do are hang out together and gossip, and create or change policies with out telling anyone until its too late. Its unbelievable.
