Overworked and underappreciated - Data Entry Quest Diagnostics Employee Review

Very overworked with mandatory overtime every day (two+ hours) No real feedback other than weekly typing speed and accuracy Impossible to get time off/must put in vacation request in September for the entire following calendar year and you will rarely get a day off approved. Company does not value employees' personal lives/poor work/life balance, as Data Entry department works around 50 hours a week or more. No room for movement. Company plays favorites and supervisors will get weeks off at a time while hourly employees cannot get one single requested day off.
