Pros
benefits and paid time off is good (assuming you can get your time off request approved), pretty much comparable to the other big corporations out there.
Cons
definite gender and salary bias, and definitely a bully atmosphere, which are ignored by management, who simply ignores problems until they go away. Company states zero tolerance for bullying, but they do not enforce this portion of their policy. They also fail to attempt to rectify salary inconsistencies especially in the 'front-line' positions where their older female employees earn much less than the younger male ones for the same type of job.
