The employees of Quest (not Managers) are wonderful, compassionate people who pull together to get the job done. Great Collaboration between departments.
Cons
Micro-management, lack of communication trickling to employees. Lack of formal training on job functions or purpose within the department or company, more of a sink or swim mentality. To much politics involved in the treatment of the employees.
