Personal relationships developed and business decisions being made based on likes and dislikes. Key field positions have been eliminated resulting in loss of knowledge and positive support. Office environment is very depressed and many employees leaving due to poor management and choices. If there is not a change competitors with greatly benefit from those who have left or been eliminated.
