      Pros

      Borderline pay, good benefits, depending on supervisor will depend if your pto gets approved.

      Cons

      Difficulty communicating with management. Using scare tactics to have you do what they want you to do. Upper management speaks disrespectfully with lower management during meetings. No one will speak up because they need their job. No Union! They will jump on you if you say the word UNION!

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
