      The training was good and team lead care about her employees.

      Cons

      Round the clock work, with very little time for breaks. Mundane, monotonous work that can drive you insane if you let it.

      Toxic workplace, unhelpful management, no HR on-site, working with dangerous chemicals all day, very boring and repetitive work.
