      Great job out of school to get experience. Teaches you basic knowledge of phlebotomy.

      Cons

      Underpaid and overworked. Phlebotomy can be an underpaid industry so go somewhere else that will pay you more for your work. But great job to get experience for your resume

      Toxic workplace, unhelpful management, no HR on-site, working with dangerous chemicals all day, very boring and repetitive work.
