Pros
There were definitely some benefits to working at Quest; most of the employees were intelligent and I still keep in touch with some of them. That's about it.
Cons
There are too many cons to list, but many of the previous reviews left by other disgruntled colleagues really hit the nail on the head. The main problem with the company is the owner Andrew and his cabal of C-level yes men (Most of which have never worked at a C-level before, seriously, look it up on LinkedIn). Most of the good employees have left or are leaving and I have serious doubts about this company, so even if you only read up to here. Know that turn-over right now is at an all time high. The owner Andrew will bad-mouth anyone and everyone. When I handed in my resignation Andrew told his band of merry yes-men that it was good that I was leaving and that I added no value to the company. This normally would be totally fair, but Andrew didn't even bother to learn my name (this isn't a big company), Andrew told me that he "worked with main-frames" and that "turning the Windows on and off and then back on" will fix a complex SQL Server issue and that he shouldn't be doing me job for me by imparting this wisdom. Andrew told the senior network engineer how routers work, switches apparently work differently too. Basically, Andrew is always right, and you're wrong. Always. There is so much technical debt dragging down on the company that I don't think it can ever reach escape velocity. Andrew seems to believe that once you buy something IT related, it's good for the next 15 years. So if this is the sort of company you want to work for, go ahead. If you are sane and don't want to be treated like dirt, look else where.
