Pros
There are some really nice and helpful people there but I wouldn't attribute this to the company
Cons
Management is terrible, they do nothing day in day out while micromanaging you on your job they have no clue how to do which results in them coming up to you without a clue about what they're even going to say but they somehow don't see this as embarrassing. Management will act outright hostile to you, tell you to do one thing and when you do it they will blame you for it being the wrong decision even though they refuse to let you decide for yourself, the problems they cause are your own fault. You will get essentially no support, management will do absolutely nothing for you except make your life harder, people will come after you because of their own insecurities. You can do good work and have it recognized by multiple departments and you can be willing to share knowledge with everyone and not keep it to yourself, they will still hate you just for existing. They give you no trust or respect when they don't know what they're doing in their jobs, they will pull you into countless meetings because the only thing they know how to do is waste time. Avoid working in support like the plague, there is no worse support job you can end up in than at Quest Payment Systems and things will only get worse because they don't know how to run the department at all.
