Pros
I've loved working at Quick Fix Real Estate for the past two years. I'm a full-time college student, and my schedule can get hectic at times, but Quick Fix has always been willing to work around my schedule and come up with creative solutions for working remotely when necessary. They really value their employees and recognize what each individual can bring to the team. Managers welcome ideas and opinions to better the company's processes. I've always felt appreciated, valued, respected, and encouraged by everyone on the Quick Fix team.
Cons
As with any job, there are stressful moments - but whenever I have felt like my work load was at or over the capacity that I could handle my co-workers and supervisors are quick to step in and help - and vice versa.
