      Pros

      Worest india mamagement and they will do micro management and if no projects they will fire you even if there are projects they will not assign to non favourite ppl and they wont listen your words they only see your face and if you are not handsome they will not care about you i am sincerely suggesting please never join this company until India management changes else you will feel after joining why i joined here every day is dark day and unhappy day my humble request it not to step in this company they will criticize you a lot , you cant tell those words to anyone . please guys if someone tell come and join dont join its my request to save your lifes else your wish and see and go into risk. recently 3 ppl joined and they have left within next 3 days see how the toxic ppl here please guys understand me .

      Pros

      Working at Quisitive has been consistently challenging with new opportunities if you're willing to raise your hand. I find it to be a very flexible work environment, which has enabled positive work-life balance. The company has a lot of really talented people working hard within their roles, despite there being some pockets of disfunction and negativity. I'm hopeful about the new CEO bringing new energy, accountability, and direction.

      Cons

      There has been a ton of change over recent years. Quisitive has some work to do to continue to grow, but it seems like leadership is starting to move in the right direction.
