Pros

The company culture is so great at QF, you can really be yourself around your coworkers and management. Definitely a work hard play hard job, but they have a best in class training program that teaches you to be a versatile SDR who can adapt to any challenge and sell any product. Great opportunity to grow your professional network by interfacing directly with your clients sales leaders. Also, they give you every tool imaginable to support sales development which leads to a very efficient and effective prospecting strategy and they know what they are doing, great place to learn and have lots of fun with some very cool people.

Cons

I cant really say I've encountered any cons at QF, very thankful to have started my career in sales here.

Pros

Working at QuotaFactory has been a great experience. I didn't come from a sales background or education and everyone from more experienced sales development reps all the way up to the CEO are available to you to bounce ideas off and develop your professional skills. Because of how close the management team is to everyone, hard work as an individual and team is definitely noticed and rewarded. We do all sorts of company outings and activities, from just going out for drinks after work to going to Red Sox games. I'd definitely recommend checking out QuotaFactory as it's an exciting and rewarding place to be!

Cons

It's hard work. Which isn't necessarily a con, but if it is to you I wouldn't apply. You need to put in hard work to be successful and it isn't a job you can come in to and just float by. Everyone here puts in a ton of effort, so if that isn't something you are looking for it probably wouldn't be a good fit for you.
